Chakras are centers of energy and consciousness, located along the spine. Each one is distinct; they are associated with certain spinal zones and body parts, different aspects of the nervous and glandular systems, different emotional growth stages, as well as certain colors and sounds. Each chakra is a vital part of the whole human energy system and contributes to a person’s overall health and well-being.
Although most of us can’t quite see them, chakras are a spinning, vibrating system of energetic gears constantly churning and distributing “prana” or “life force” through every cell of our being.
And just as radiant light when seen through a prism or as a rainbow is revealed as a “full spectrum” of colors, so too is the radiant and healthy human comprised of a “full spectrum” of energies — different aspects of consciousness flowing together and expressed as a whole.
When we acknowledge these various parts, vibrations, and “colors” of ourselves and begin to work with them and on them, and bring them into a harmonious balance within us, we can truly become All-We-Are.

In the 120-minute Level 2 Chakra Activation Session, you will:

Understand how that chakra functions as part of the whole Chakra System

After the Chakra Activation session, you will:
Receive a Zoom recording of the session for your reference and personal practice
Receive 1 to 3 additional Chakra Support video practices via email 3 weeks after the session
